Limited Warranties
Within three years of the repair or delivery date, Digital Cinebox Inc. will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product. The Limited Warranty is void if the product has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse or if the failure is caused by accident, disaster, or other causes beyond the control of Digital CineBox Inc., No agent, dealer, distributor, service company, or other party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty in any manner whatsoever. Digital CineBox Inc. reserves the right to make changes or improvements in any product without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased.
Sales Taxes and Duties
If the order is shipped within Canada, the GST tax will be added to the order. We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of Canada. The client is responsible to pay any import duties, customs fees, VAT or sales taxes that are charged within their respective countries or other jurisdictions.
